Damages of £7,700 approved by court following a deep laceration to a child’s arm caused by a lamppost

Case – Claimant injured due to uneven pavement

As the claimant, who was a child, was walking along a pavement, he caught his arm along the sharp edge of a ‘metal strap’ that had been placed on a lamp post.
