Case – Head on collision causing multiple fractures

In August 2020, our client was travelling on the B1095 when they suffered a road traffic accident. This is when the defendant (travelling in the opposite direction) lost control of his vehicle, which resulted in a head-on collision.

As a result of the accident, our client suffered multiple fractures in his right hand and left wrist. The client approached us wanting to secure a settlement due to this accident and we were determined to assist him.
